Dennis Sheehan joined the Blue Ridge Realty team in June of 2023 with a strong background in commercial building maintenance from his time working for the Feil organization in New York City where he dealt extensively with air quality control, environmental control, and electrical power systems. He is highly skilled in troubleshooting, computer automation, diagnosing, installing and repairing HVAC/R, electrical malfunctions, heat load calculations, refrigeration, VAV boxes, pneumatics, water pumps and steam pressure. He has a degree in HVAC/R from Lincoln Technical Institute in Mahwah, NJ. He also brings with him an extensive list of certifications, including:
- Universal Technical, EPA
- FDNY: F89 Fire Life Safety Director, Emergency Action Plan and Active Shooter Training
- Q99 Refrigeration Engineer;
- S13 Citywide Standpipe Systems
- S12 Citywide Sprinkler Systems
- G35 Air Compressor Operator
Dennis is involved with the ASPCA and his local blood center, and in his free time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and son.
