In 1997, Radio Systems Corporation selected Blue Ridge to build and lease its 30,000 square foot, $1.8 million corporate headquarters, assembly, and main distribution facility in Knoxville, Tennessee.
The building consists of approximately 6,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of climate controlled assembly and lab space, and 18,000 square feet of high bay warehouse space. The build-to-suit facility was designed to expand by another 20,000 square feet. Radio Systems purchased the building an continues to occupy the property.
The building was designed by The Lewis Group Architects and built by Richardson Turner Construction.
