Brookvale II

In Fall 2015, Blue Ridge purchased Brookvale II, a two-story, 62,000-square-foot building, and redeveloped it for TeamHealth’s use. The property was taken to shell condition and retrofitted to meet the company’s specific needs.

Upgrades included new windows for added natural light, repaved parking lots, a new roof, and modern rooftop HVAC units. A pedestrian bridge was also constructed to connect Brookvale II directly to TeamHealth’s corporate headquarters in the adjoining Brookview Town Centre.

The project concluded with the successful sale of the property in February 2024 — demonstrating Blue Ridge’s expertise in delivering tailored, value-added real estate solutions.
