In 2003, Blue Ridge acquired a 139,377-square-foot building through a sale-leaseback with Peebles Department Stores. Peebles occupied 112,600 square feet of warehouse space, while the remaining 26,700 square feet of office space was leased to South College.
When Peebles bought out its lease in 2006, Blue Ridge facilitated a smooth transition by securing Jewelry Television (JTV) as the new warehouse tenant. By 2010, JTV had expanded into the office space, and in 2018, they purchased the building outright.
Today, the property serves as JTV’s corporate headquarters, housing their merchandising, shipping, and state-of-the-art production studios.
